Encounters Asia & @sankhala_tiger together with @steppes_travel have partnered to organize and fund a 4-5 day training program in Central India for female national park guides.

53 women from 4 different national parks participated on this training program. We are incredibly proud of this amazing work to help empower female guides by enhancing their skills and knowledge to elevate their guiding credentials.

Special thanks to Steppes Travel & Madhya Pradesh Forest Department for this partnership and in making this initiative happen.
