A constant darling of the press, Camp Cecil is once again making headlines, this time in Forbes Magazine. We think escaping winter with a trip to Camp Cecil is a great idea, and as journalist Michael Alpiner suggests, combining a stay on Isla Espiritu Santo with time in Todos Santos at Los Colibris, especially with some of 2019’s exciting upcoming events.
January brings the Tropic of Cancer Music Festival (Jan 10 – 20) with a variety of musical acts on tap. The fiesta makes the Todos Santos vibe even more energetic, and concert proceeds benefit the local fire department.
February marks the Todos Santos Open Studios Tour (Feb 9 – 10), which is basically an open house for Todos Santos’ vibrant art scene. Travelers can explore the local artists’ studios (normally closed to the public), meet the artists and purchase local artwork.
